Why Streaming Bot can’t join the session ?
After Starting Live Streaming, Streaming bot failed to join the session if Viewers Lock is applied by Moderator

If Audio or Mic is Locked by Moderator inside the session , Streaming Bot will fail to join the session & nothing will reflect on the RTMP Endpoint (YouTube , Facebook , Vimeo etc.) whatever you have added & configured previously , but on BBBRoom Dashboard it will keep showing streaming until stopped .
How to overcome this issue ?
- The Moderator can just Start the Live Streaming before locking the session if possible.
- Otherwise, if Live Streaming is required in between the session the flow should be like this below
- If the Lock Viewers is already applied on the session, Just unlock the Share Microphone option then Apply
- Now Start the Live Streaming for the session from BBBRoom.live Dashboard & wait till the Streaming Bot Join (around 90 Seconds) . Also Live Streaming feed should be available on your YouTube, Facebook, or Vimeo Studio.
- Once the Streaming Bot joined, and Live Streaming started, the moderator can Lock the Share microphone for Viewers & Apply.
Note: The same process to be repeated if Streaming ended manually or Session ended & restarted .
